Windows Sheet Sheet:

1. When the network share is showing disconnected suddenly and not able to access the shared drives. 

My computer --> should show the network shared drives that you accessed / connected. 
Other alternative is to use command prompt --> cmd --> net use 

 

If there is a stale connection and like to re-connect , use the below command:

net use \\hq-isilon1\premier_db_backup$ /delete 

Once done, please mount the network share again, it should work.
